After the Government announcement on Saturday 31st October regarding a new lockdown from 5th November, I wanted to outline how Voy will be operating, to look after our customers within the guidance laid out by Government.
From the 5th November, the office and the car display area will not be open to the public until further notice.
However, we will be working from home, but contactable on our landline 0161 633 3311 and will continue car sales remotely. We will be able to send you videos, talk to you via video and meet your needs almost as well as if you were with us. We will be able to still offer finance, warranties and the 5 star service that you are used to.
Customers can still collect vehicles, that either online or over the telephone directly from our site in Royton, though the handover will be outside so bring a coat or at least a brolly.
All vehicle handovers will take place from a designated exterior handover area and full social distancing practices will be in place to ensure both ourselves and all customers are as safe as possible. Home delivery options will also be available, and all handled in a Covid safe manner.
All our cars are fully sanitised before delivery and before a test drive, but only when appointments have been made.
We remain on hand to assist with your sales and warranty enquiries via telephone, email or live chat and www.voytradecentre.co.uk are fully functional with the ability to buy or reserve a car online as well.
